By creating an account or using the services provided by Dating Networks (DNs), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must cease all use of our services immediately.

2. Eligibility

To register for an account and use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Be single, widowed, or legally divorced. Married individuals are strictly prohibited from using matchmaking services.
• Not have a history of felony convictions or crimes related to violence or sexual misconduct.

3. Guided Discovery & Matchmaking

Dating Networks (DNs) operates differently than standard dating apps. Our "Guided Discovery" model means:

• We do not provide a public, searchable database of members.
• Introductions are curated and facilitated by our team of relationship professionals.
• You agree to provide honest, accurate, and current information during the clinical psychological assessment phase.

4. Code of Conduct (Honor Code)

All members are expected to interact with dignity, respect, and sincerity. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive language toward other members or DNs staff.
• Misrepresenting your identity, marital status, or professional background.
• Using the platform for financial solicitation or commercial advertising.
• Sharing confidential information about matches without their explicit consent.

5. Membership and Fees

Access to certain premium features, including Elite matchmaking and Romantic Tourism packages, requires payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your specific service agreement.

6. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or the Honor Code.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dating Networks (DNs) provides a platform for introductions. While we conduct rigorous screenings, we do not guarantee the outcome of any match or the character of any member. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and follow our Safety Guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the DNs website, including logos, designs, and clinical methodologies, is the property of Dating Networks and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located within Georgia.
